The 36-year-old is expected to be recognised today with the measure of security, while the event that shocked public opinion was discovered in the village of Sqashte of Patos.
The girl, now a teenager, denounced her father after leaving home, reports TopChannel, broadcast Periscope.
According to official sources and the mother herself, the grave event has occurred over the years, while the minor girl was kept silent because of fear and psychological pressure.
