The Foundation Prosecutor in Ferizaj, the Department of Mitur, has asked the Foundation Court in Ferizaj to appoint the 30-day detention measure to a minor who is suspected of criminal work “Dunimi”.
According to the Prosecutor's Statement, there is suspicion that on July 10, 2025, about 1: 00 p.m., in the village of Glavica in the Shtime municipality, in a forest, the minor with the use of force has sexually misused another male minor. The case has been named as “Dunium”, according to Article 227, paragraph 6, regarding paragraph 4, subparagraph 4.2 and paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The suspect is under ban as of July 11th 2025, with the State Prosecutor's decision, while justice bodies have called for the detention measure to follow further investigative procedures. /Periscopi/
