Actually for suspected of exercising violence against KFOR, Police soldiers in Zvecan

According to the indictment, on 29.05.23, from 0600 to the evening hours, on the perimeter where the object of the Zvecan municipality is located, defendant M.A., has attacked and seriously pissed off some members of the Kosovo Police and soldiers of the KFOR peacekeeping mission, using strong tools, various bars, Molotovian cocktails and improvised devices, such as weapons and firearms.

The M.A. is charged that, despite orders by KFOR soldiers to disperse the crowd peacefully, along with other accused had begun to practice uncontrolled violence.

As a consequence of these actions, which the M.A., according to the indictment, has carried out in co-ordination with others, at least 30 KFOR members have been injured, caused serious bodily injuries to some members of the Kosovo Police, as well as major material damage to official vehicles and journalists covering the events of that day.

“Special Procurory has filed a request for the seizure of a firearm and destruction of narcotics in line with the legal provisions in force, which are seized during the development of investigative acts against defendants.
