The Supreme Court has taken this decision after the indictment that conditions exercised against the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK) that had issued this regulation, the head of the National Co-ordinator for combating economic crime, Albanian Fazliu.
“This act takes a firm form immediately after communicating its content and reasoning to the parties, and owes Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK), headquartered in Pristina, to publish the same in the same way as its adoption”, it is said in the Supreme decision.
