Authorities have set an orange alert for the areas of Slavonia, Istria, Kvarner and Dalmatia, while the rest of the country is under yellow alert. The temperatures are expected to drop by more than 10 °C in some regions compared to yesterday.
According to the Meteorological Service The DMMZ, all day long, will be marked by unstable weather with heavy rainfall and local storms, while strong northwest and southern winds will prevail throughout the territory, including the Adriatic.
Similar weather is forecast for tomorrow, with heavy rainfall and thunder. On Wednesday, weather improvement and recovery are expected, although rainfall will not be lacking in some internal areas. /Periscope/
