The MKRS has declared that the ceremony is postponed until construction permits, in full compliance with legislation in force.
“Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports reports that the ceremony warned of the start of works on the “Construction of the Gymnastics Gymnastics Gymnastics Palestra in Fushe Kosova” has been cancelled and will be postponed until the moment of construction permit, in full compliance with the legislation at power”, said in their response to the Inseder.
The ministry adds it will engage in respect for legal procedures and is ready to co-operate with Kosovo's Fushe Community for implementation of the project.
“The MKRS reaffirms its commitment to respecting legal procedures and expresses full readiness for co-operation with the Government Community of Kosovo, in the function of implementing this important project for sport and community, thus contributing to the decline of legalisation precedents in the case of the launch of investment projects by public institutions without permits that are determined with the applicable constitution “.
Despite, the municipality MKRS has denied that they started work in this public space.
In concrete case, The MKRS explains that the works have not begun, although the project's execution contracts have been signed, which, in advance, received construction conditions from Kosovo's Fusha Community and the location is also assigned to the municipality. A day earlier, through a response to Kosovo's Fushe Community announced that investment in the village of Miradi and the Low has started without construction permits and that no formal request for permits had been submitted.
