“The Road Traffic Unit, during the realisation of radar control on Ferizaj-Pristina's Uriztian magistrate in the village of Prelez in Ferizaj, around 3:05, has listed an Audi brand vehicle with local license plates moving at a speed of 115km/h in the area where the allowed restriction is 50 km/h<x>.
“Follow the driver F.B.,41, a ticket has been imposed for countering the allowed speed: $300, 3 negative points and protection measures (stop driving 3 months)”
