The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has confirmed that incumbent Minister of Trade and Industry Roseta Hajdari has been invited to declare himself in the quality of the defendant in investigations into the state reserve relationship.
According to the Prosecutor's spokeswoman, Arbnor Luta.
“Zj. Roseta Hajdari has been invited to declare himself in the quality of the defendant, under investigation into the state reserve case. The call was made with the aim of full and correcting the actual situation for all allegations that are part of the investigation.”, she told Tve1.
Luta added that “however, Mrs. Hajdari has used his right to defend in silence, as he had during his first call on the matter. ”
She also said that “Rasti is being handled in line with the rules and standards set out in the Penal Procedure Code. ”
