The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo welcomes the condemned act of the Constitutional Court in Pristina, with regard to the ten indictees in the case of “Veterians”, but in terms of criminal sanctions, following the confession of the indictment, he will decide to file a complaint with the Court of Appeals.
While, in terms of the legal act on the other two indictees, following the admission and review of the written full justice, the Special Prosecutor will assess in proportion to the preamble of legal means at the Second Court.
