The Judicial Chamber failed to prove itself objective!
Today's decision to drop the defence side's motion, which refers to the duration of the armed conflict (war), in the case against former KLA leaders, is the failure of the Judicial Chamber and the Court to testify objectively, thus ruining public confidence in justice.
The concept and the way this court functions leaves great spaces for doubt, yet there is still hope, if there is justice, the subsequent phase is crucial to the defense side!
We want justice!
