A few days ago, Freedom Party President Ilir Meta has complained at the Constitutional Court against the Supreme Court ruling that left him in jail, A2 reports. CNN, broadcast Periscope.
In his request to the Constitutional, Meta says that the decisions of the 3 courts that Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and Court of First Scale, for the extent of his prison arrest, are unconstitutional because they violate the Constitution and the European Convention on Human Rights, stressing that he is being held in a cell without charge.
