Smaqi: We hope Osman's social connection with the Constitutional Chairman will not affect absurd demand at the expense of political interest

The lawyer, Xhevdet Smakqi, has reacted after President Vjosa Osmani said she has submitted to the Constitutional Court for the review of competencies from the non-compliance of the Parliament, reports Periscope.
