Slavisa Filic was charged with being a member of Serbia's State Security, along with two other officials, sent to the State Security facility in Pristina by Dr. Hafir Shala, where he was subjected to beatings and tortures, and that it is no longer known from that day to his fate, reports “Betim for Justice”.
Otherwise, on September 15, 2023 The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment in absentia against Slavisa Filic, who is charged with being a member of Serbia's State Security, along with two other unidentified officials so far from our organs, on April 10, 1998, had stopped a car in Drenas, where Hemem Sinani, Shaban Haziray and Hfir Shala, where the same was legalised by these members.
The indictment says that the accused Filic with two other officials (the three dressed in civilian clothing) had taken Dr. Shala and sent him to the State Security facility in Pristina, where doctor Shala had subjected beatings and tortures and that he was no longer known for his fate.
Therefore, for these actions Filic was charged with criminal work “War crimes against the civilian population” by Article 142 concerning Article 22 of the Criminal Law of the former Yugoslav Socialist Republic. /Periscope
