Sa SKUK fines 70 economic operators

Kosovo University Clinical Hospital Service ( Sa SKUK), has announced that for the first six months of the year, it has fined 70 economic operators with various penalty sums, but that the total value amounts to 76 thousand and 406 euros.

Sa SKUK has published the list of beneficiaries, who were then convicted of delaying products in the previous contract deadline for the first six months.

This health institution could condemn economic operators (OE) for various reasons related to disrespecting the terms of the contract signed between them.

Some common reasons for these sentences include disrespecting the surrender deadlines if the OE does not supply SKKUK with products or services within contract terms, reports AP, broadcast Periscope.

In cases where products or services offered do not meet contracted standards or specifications, unless the economic operator fully fulfills the obligation to supply goods or services according to the quantity and specifications required.

And if there are violations related to the contract, such as lack of necessary documentation or failure to meet financial obligations.

Sa The SKUK can pronounce fines even in cases where delays or supply shortages pose a risk to patients or obstacles to normal functioning of hospital services.

Albanian Post had reported on the absence of the main injection to address the thrombocites disorder, which the Health Ministry has said are the economic operators responsible.
