104 deputies have been in the hall, and only 53 MPs participated in the vote for the formation of the Commission for secret voting.
Chief author Avni Dehari has asked parties that in the past legislature have been in opposition to propose names for candidates for the commission to hold the secret voting process for the election of the Speaker of the Parliament.
Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has turned to the Constitutional Court with a request for interpretation concerning the legal consequences that could arise unless the new Assembly is constitutionalised within the 30-day deadline. /Periscope/
