Sentenced to 5 years and 6 months in prison and 3 thousand euros in fines charged with human trafficking

The Rica Act was proclaimed by Judge Gent Beka on Thursday, reports “The Law Act on Justice“, Transethon Periscope.
The judge said the accused is also counted the time spent in custody, while continuing his detention until the full might of this act.
For judicial expenses, the accused is obliged to pay the 200-euro judicial paushal and the funding for compensation of victims of 50 euros.
In this case, the accused is Ana Joshi, but the court has singled out the criminal procedure against her, as the same is on the run.
According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act set up on February 19th 2025, Dodo Rica and Ana Djoshi are charged with the beginning of April 2024 and, in turn, with the aim of enrichment, through recruiting, transfer, housing and exploitation of victims, using fraud, threats, strength, counterfeiting and misuse of power to achieve control and exploit victims in various ways, including sexual exploitation have been dealt with human trafficking.
The indictment reportedly exploits a local defendant, Dode Rica, as a business owner, while defendant Ana Djoshi as manager, co-operating with each other, defendant Jones initially provides contact between social networks with five victims who are from various states, and then accused of having the club's owner sends invitations to victims for work, for holidays in Albania.
Then, the indictment says the accused care about organising travel tickets, taxi transport and buses, cheating victims and sending them to Pristina, a club, with defendant Djoshi's armed forces manipulating, taking passports to victims, and sending them to the environment in which they set up cameras to monitor victims with the aim of their own control and restricting freedom of movement and determining when they will leave home.
According to the indictment, by means of these measures accused in interactions they have manipulated and exploited victims, forced them to strip without their will and forced them to go to customers in VIP rooms and engage in sex.
