As the signal reports, investigations have fired at Arben Citak, the former secretary of the Environment Ministry and 16 others.
Investigations have also ceased for Lubijsa Stojkovic, Abedin Salih, Haliim Maliqi, Sadri Lumura, Igor Jocih, Abdullah Pirce, Blerim Imer, Namim Alidema, Labint Vitija, Nazmi Maxrjren, Muhamet Malsiu, Liridon Domanek, Miloav Grabic, Arton Retkoceri, Ramiz Kameri, Dalborv Dikovovic.
All these people have been under investigation since 2022 for a series of corruption-related criminal acts, abuse of office, bribery, and influence.
Investigations were aimed at clarifying alleged criminal activity for: Copy or bribe, misuse of official position or authority, Exercise of influence, counterfeiting official documents, unauthorized possession of weapons.
After reviewing the evidence and circumstances of the case, the prosecution has assessed that there is not enough legal grounds to continue prosecution, and has officially stopped investigative procedures against all involved.
