The association “Arbrit” has strongly condemned this act and called for urgent action by police and prosecutors in apprehending authors who have not yet been identified.
The association invites all Albanians to join on November 28th 2025 in a mass demonstration in Prizren for the preservation of national identity and pride by motto: “We want the D.C.G.M.M. in Prizren”.
Also, it warns that if authorities fail to act, clashes between Albanian homeland forces and panslavist and neo-Ottoman groups will be inevitable.
The statue was placed in Prizren on 28 November 2020, commemorating the 577th anniversary of the establishment of the Albanian flag in Kruja and Albania's declaration of Independence. /Periscope/
