The mother of three children was admitted to the gastroenterology department at the University Clinical Hospital Service in Kosovo ( Sa SHOW). There doctors began with various tests, such as coloscope, gastroscope, and biopsy were taken to analyze its condition, Kiks Kosova reports.
According to 40-year-old, these results were not accurate because there was disagreement between them.
Mrs. Mehmet's pain was constant and unremitting. This pressure moved him to seek help in another hospital.
There, her condition was defined as necessary for operating and based on previous documents, the doctors decided to put her into the operating room in the surgery department.
In her confession, Mrs. Mehmet relates that the surgeon was prepared to remove cancer from her body, and her stomach cuts did so for that purpose, but she saw that she had cancer there, reports Kosova clan.
The only problem was the bone hose. She adds that the surgeon did not make the cut closing, but he removed the blind intestine from there so that it would not become surgery twice.
This whole situation was going on without full knowledge from the patient.
That's because her husband decided not to show that she was suspected of cancer. That's what he found out after the operation.
But for this mistake that happened to her, she said she didn't know if she was confused by the tests or the doctors got wrong in their assessment.
After the operation, she says she experienced severe emotional trauma. The doctors, in order to confirm that there was no tumor, invited him back to another coloscope without her anesthesia to confirm it.
After all of this, she faced severe psychological distress and was forced to seek help from the psychiatrist. It is not the first time she says she has sought justice.
Even in 2023, there had been a similar case, but the authorities had taken no concrete step. /Periscope/
