Lushtaku has announced that today the headship of the PDK branch in Skenderaj unanimously supported his candidacy for mayor of this municipality in the October 12th election, follows. Periscope.
He said his candidacy is a call for unity, for development, for justice and the dignity of Skyeraj.
This decision of mine came in response to your continued belief in me in any election as long as I joined politics. My candidacy also comes as a result of injustices against me in the past, including keeping 4 and a half years in prison during 2013-2017, the process from which I was finally declared innocent, as well as later, not allowing my candidacy in the 2021 local elections by the CEC, due to political pressures from current government exhibits which have already gone” writes Lushtaku.
Full announcement:
Dear Scytheright citizens,
Today, the head of the PDK branch in Skenderaj unanimously supported my candidacy for the Skyeraj municipality's chairmanship for the October 12th local elections.
This decision of mine came in response to your continued belief in me in every election since I joined politics.
My candidacy also comes as a result of injustices against me in the past, including keeping 4 and a half years in prison during 2013-2017, the process from which I was finally declared innocent, as well as later, my failure to allow my candidacy in the 2021 local elections by the CEC, due to political pressures from reports of current power that are already in progress.
Dear citizens,
I'm one of those people who don't stop.
I owe forever to Scytheright, his citizens and every man whose heart is Drenica.
My candidacy is a call for unity, for development, for justice and for the dignity of Scytheright.
The scheme will become more developed every year, with jobs, projects and proper guidance for all, and the full programme will be presented over the coming weeks.
A special thanks goes to the current mayor, Fadil Nura, for excellent work and cooperation during this period.
Being grateful forever for your trust and support to me and the Democratic Party of Kosovo, we will be together as always in every process!
Thank you forever.
