The interpretation of the Constitutional Court's act on the part of Vetevendosje has become “under the will of” -- that is, the way they are converted.
Mr. Dehari claims that by not voting for the commission for the secret vote, MPs have refused a guaranteed right by the Constitutional Court, but that is simply a distortion of the understanding of the judicial and parliamentary law.

The way to address the constitutional session from the start of the chairman has been party and selective, also contrary to the principle of institutional neutrality that a temporary leader must have.
