And in Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they have said Thursday that at the meeting held between Lavrov and Rubio, it has been discussed mainly for the peace agreement in Ukraine, as well as the situation in Iran and Syria.
The “developed a substantial and direct exchange of views about resolving the situation in Ukraine, Iran and Syria, as well as a host of other international issues”, the Ministry's announcement said.
Lavrov and Rubio “have confirmed their mutual desire to find peaceful solutions to conflicts, restore economic and humanitarian co-operation between Russia and America, and facilitate contacts between the two countries' societies”.
