“Today I was invited by the Special Prosecutor for an interview. It's about contracting the state reserve, the vital process, as you know, the MINT has made the purchase of the reserve when we were vulnerable, February 2022 and March 2022. For this vital process for all of us, I am now asked by the Special Prosecutor. One question is whether it's legal, and how did the Special Prosecutor come in to get classified documents? No person can access classified information without a procedure at AKI. We as the Minister of Commerce have classified it secret under the law on protecting information. The Special Prosecutor made a mistake”, she said.
Hajdari stressed that according to the Police Inspectorate, during obtaining these documents, two investigators had no security certificate for the secret level.
The Police Inspectorate concluded this with the report that two investigators went without a secret level security certificate. This report was sent to the Special Prosecutor for instructions to inform the two policemen, in reality Prosecutor Valdet Gashi himself has relieved these two officers of responsibility. The prosecutor himself is violating the constitution”, she added.
Rosetta Hajdari is still being interviewed by Special Prosecutor for 1h:30 minutes.
