RER licenses company for electricity trade founded by Luan Dalipi

The ZRRE announced that at a meeting held today, it approved the company's license application “MDA” now in the name of Driton Dalip, Luan Dalip's brother.

The power trade license received “Energy Kosova V. B”, ZERE announced.

“On 10,07.2025, the Board of Energy Regulatory Office has held the eighth (VIII) session for 2025. At this session, the Board has reviewed and approved the applications for operating licenses for a majority supply (tradition) of the electricity of “Energy Kosova V. B” sh.p.k and “Management & Development Associates” sh.p.k”, the notice says.

The ZRRE says it also examined and approved the demands of 11 legal subjects and 14 physical persons for <x0 person authorisation for self-consumm, with a total installed capacity of 1282 kW.”

The Board's “Review Action has also been consumer complaints and other issues related to the functioning of the Energy Regulatory Office”.

Company “MDA”, registered to the Agency for Registering Business (ARBK) on behalf of Driton Dalipi, was founded by Luan Dalipi, based on the statement of property by Kurti's chief staff in 2021.

The highest official in Kurt's cabinet said the essential share of his wealth was based on the company's income. In 2021, he had declared 6,000 euros in annual revenues as consultant in “MDA”

Luan Dalip wrote this in his statement of wealth in 2021, at the Agency for Prevention of Corruption: My “Patriium is based on income from: (1) annual revenues and divisions (the most conservative part) of the Society's éManagement Development Associates (MDA); (2) women's income; and (3) financial support from parents. I'm a cofounder of aʹ MDA e ( 2004) and I have been a shareholder in this firm until 2017. ) MDAH employs about 30 professionals and has had average annual circulation of 1-2 million euros (2008-2019). The apartment on the Sun's Coast, Pristina, has been donated by my parents. While, the considerable financial capital for buying a house with 10 gold land in Marigona Residency, in Caglavica, as well as my car and my wife's, we've secured them from my divisions, as former shareholders in ♫ MDAı, of my income and my wife's (rogues), personal loans, and financial aid from my parents”.

Based on the recent wealth statement, Luan Dalipi has no share in the “company. MDA”

When the news came that this company was waiting to be licensed by Z. RRE, Luan Dalipi said 30 May that his brother, Driton, “is minister, so is adviser”.
