Repowering the decision on fiscal equipment DK surrenders Supreme Court ruling to Special Prosecutor tomorrow

This decision will be handed over by the LDK as evidence of 17 criminal charges that this party had initialled on May 8th 2025.

This LDK action comes after Tuesday, the Supreme Court has abolished the administrative directive signed by incumbent Finance Minister Iron Murati, on which sales and subscriptions were suspended for 60 days.

The administrative guidance, signed by the incumbent Finance Minister on April 15th of this year, has been declared illegal.

The incumbent Government of the Republic of Kosovo has reacted to this decision.
