Following the 49th failure of the session to build Kosovo's Assembly, MP from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo Elmi Recica, who said incumbent Prime Minister Kurti does not give up the post of prime minister.
Recica was not declared if there is a vote for Social Democrat Initiative Chairman Fatmir Limaj, if proposed on Monday for the head of the council.
