In a response to Periscope, the chairman of the Association of Producers, Anti-Avazi, said they would continue with the establishment of individual indictments.
This has been the first group indictment exercised by the Society on behalf of all local producers. As Chairman Rafuna has stated, because of the legislation, the Kosovo Economic Oda has not exercised indictments on behalf of 1300 businesses, but with the opening of the new legal office under the OEK, it is helping businesses file lawsuits, one by one, individually.
The Commercial Court has already accepted and is dealing with the individual indictments presented by businesses that are part of the Association of Producers and other businesses affected by the ZRE decision, therefore, the Association and affected businesses will continue with the establishment of individual indictments, which are being accepted and handled by the Supreme Tribunal”, Ajvazi said.
