Police reports say that on the date 29.07.2025, around the hour, on the “Serdara Janka Vukotića” in north Mitrovica has accepted information for use of the suspected narcotic substance by several persons.
The police unit went to the location and to a local bakery met three people -- one male and two females. All three men were escorted to the station and interviewed.
During the interview procedure, the suspect with the victim, who was a minor, was found to have had sexual relations several days ago. Following the conspiracy that the victim is a minor, the State Prosecutor has been contacted, who has ordered the initialisation of the case as APUum”, says the report.
The station's investigative unit and the regional investigation unit Mitrovica North are being taken into account, and with the prosecutor's directive, the case has been initiated as “Dhunim”.
In case, suspect M.C. (21-year-old) with the prosecutor's decision, he has been sent to holding for 48 hours.
