Ramadan by writing on Facebook) has mentioned what he called “The three findings of President Osmani that have dimensions of direct national security threat”.
Osmani stated that through the non-compliance of the Parliament, institutions are being paralysed, constitutional order is threatened, and that the president is reaching out to exercise all its competencies.
