During his speech, he did not spare criticism of certain names, including the mayors of Elbasan, Vlora, Lushnje and Shkodra. The prime minister also cited it as a positive example for the mayors' work as the mayors for waste processing.
A few days earlier, Rama had demanded the resignation of the directors of Vlora, Durres and Fieri municipalities. As a result, the directors of these municipalities resigned, joining those of Fier and Durres who also left office. /Periscope/
