Pristina Chairman Progress Rama has won an important legal battle against Kurti's government after the Special Prosecution rejected the criminal premonition filed by MAPL Minister Elbert Krasniqi, in connection with the organisation of the summer and winter market “Akull in Kosovo and Verevel in @dimper”, writes Periscope.
Criminal charge against Rama and NPL chief “Sport Marking”, Bardh Krasniqi, was deemed groundless and was brought down as a whole by the prosecution, indicating that efforts to discredit projects and the festive atmosphere in the capital were politically motivated.
“. . The Government's attempt to discredit the holiday atmosphere that was dedicated to last year's holidays was brought down today by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, through a clear and controversial act! Penal cohesion established by MAPL Minister Elbert Krasniqi over the procedures of the summer and winter market organisation “Akull perver and Verare at” was assessed as groundless and rejected overall...”, wrote Rama on Facebook.
Rama has thanked justice institutions for the right decision and has called for a focus on working for citizens, stressing that the capital will not stop.
