Rama gets back on his knees, Melon (VIDEO)

Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, has again attracted the attention of Italian and international media with his behaviour to Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Melon during the Conference for Reconstruction of Ukraine held in Rome.

On images published on social media, Rama is seen greeting Melon in a special way, kneeling on his knees, a gesture he has done before, According to A2 CNN.

Immediately after that, there seems to have been a brief exchange of words among them as they positioned themselves for the official photograph.
