In the 52nd and final effort for the constitution arrangement before the constitutional deadline expired, QUINT ambassadors are expected to attend.
The German Embassy has announced that Ambassador Jorn Rohde, along with other international representatives, plan to be present at the session tomorrow, held by 11:00 in the Assembly.
“Since tomorrow is the last chance to forge the decision before the Constitutional Court's deadline, Ambassador Rohde, along with other international colleagues, plans to participate in the parliamentary session”, the embassy announced.
And, The 51st session has failed for the Kosovo Assembly Constitution.
There was no vote this time.
That was after having a clash between Parliament Speaker Avni Dehari and PDK deputy Ganimete Musliu.
MP Ganimete Musliu has approached Chief Dehari and has not allowed him to continue the session without turning the microphone on.
As a result, Dehari said there are no conditions for continuing the session.
On the other hand, 26 July expires the 30-day deadline set by the Constitutional Court for Constitution of the Parliament.
Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani had announced on Tuesday that she has submitted to the Constitutional Court for considering competencies from the non-compliance of the Parliament.
“This is a request filed after an unprecedented situation in the institutional life of our country”, Osmani said. /Periscope/
