Prizren prosecution charges a file against a filekeeper

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has filed charges against indictees E.K., who are under the measure of detention from the date 13.03.2025, due to well-founded suspicion that the same had committed criminal work “Fade”.

According to the indictment, the defendant E.K., from July 2023 and on, respectively, until 06.03.2025 for himself or for the other person accepts and contracts the substantial non-proposal amount of property in exchange for service to the other person, exploiting such a person's serious financial condition, inexperiencedness and inability to try.

Starting in July 2023, it gives the victim V.Q., the amount of money of 5,000.00.000 for which many charge the victim with 15% of interest, that is, forcing it to pay $6,000.000, further on, within a short time, it gives the victim twice as much as 10,000.00, for which money charges the same with 20% interest, virtually forcing forcing it to pay back 24,000.

Shortly after, the victim is again accepted by the defendant for the amount of money of 25,000.00 euros, which many, due to several days' delay in payments, has been forced to pay a total of 40,000.00, for which he has continued to pay between 6,000 and $6,000 a month, with the current amount of debt of 40,000.00 currently estimated.

In addition, he agrees to buy another car from the defendant, which after three months would pay $8,000.000 for the purchase the defendant pays the first tranche of 8,000,000, but despite the defendant's acceptance of the sum, he takes back the car violently, even forcing him to pay extra 6,000.00 more with the excuse that the victim had been using his car for a short time.

In addition, the victim, in order to recover financial losses, has been forced to sell two more of his residences, with the defendant's seizures reaching the victim's financial loss of about 100,000.00,000 of which losses, the victim continues to owe the defendants another 48,000.

Following the arrest of the defendant and implementation of the warrant at his home and escort facilities, police have seized a total of $8,985,00; 580.00 CH; 1,000,000 and 1,700,000 Albanian leks, as well as a car for which evidence, there is well-founded suspicion that they are rich benefits earned by performing criminal work.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of setting up the indictment has proposed to the court that, after maintaining judicial review, management of their evidence and assessment, the high-ranking defendant for the criminal act for which he is accused of guilty and be convicted by law. /Periscope/
