The president is expected to address the Constitutional for clarification if the assembly is established within 30 days

The country's president, Vjosa Osmani, is looking into the legal opportunities to address the Constitutional Court with a request for clarification of the constitutional hearing's bias.

So declared Presidency Media Adviser Bekim Cupina.

Kupina said Oman is considering this opportunity to clarify the judicial consequences if the assembly is not constitutionalised within the term set by the Constitution.

“The president is considering legal opportunities to address the court with a request for clarification of the Action Act in case no. KO 124/25 , in order to clarify the legal consequences if the Assembly is not constitutionalised within the term set by the Court (so, within 30 days)”, Kupina told Klan Kosova./Periscopi/
