Political stalemate, Mustafa: It was found that VV has no numbers for assembly or government

Former head of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa says the situation with the non-communication of the Parliament speaks of the party's lack of political responsibility, which came first in national elections but not the winner of the elections. Speaking of the failed sessions, Mustafa says it was clearly seen that the VV does not have the votes to elect the prime minister, and therefore neither for forming the government.
The former prime minister says the requirement for the Constitution to solve this problem is not fair, and, according to him, is more harmful than beneficial in the view of parliamentary democracy.
When the ruling party ignores the basic elements of the Constitution, it is in any way in a situation. In a normal situation, there is more room for intervention by other courts to bring to account those who are violating constitutional order than the Constitutional Court itself. The usurping of power is contrary to the Law. The usurping of the country's leader position by diverting the agenda with manipulation of the vote's search for the secret vote, not for the proposed candidate for chairman/e dukes in constitutional, legal paradox, and our parliamentary practice. Those who abuse their role should have business with the law, not the Constitutional Court. The constitution is clear, it should not be implemented, not rewritten, as has happened. The constitution recognises the majority, as rule of democracy”, Mustafa told the IndexOnline.
Furthermore, he says that if the party, which has come first, could create a majority to build the Assembly and make the government, moves forward if it does not allow space for those who do not join.
Even yesterday's opposition can't deal with logic. I want you in power. With the refrain we make mistakes like those before us. Every step in politics is challenged with mistakes and successes, primarily with risk taking”It's over, Mustafa.
We remember that the Constitutional Court has imposed temporary measures, banning any MPs' decision until August 8th, when it is expected to go out with bias regarding the requirements of the PDK and the LDK.
