These are three of the five police officers arrested in the 27-year-old case in Lipjan.

Five Kosovo Police officials appeared before the Pristina Foundation Court today, the branch in Lipjan. They allegedly killed “by carelessness” a 27-year-old on July 7th after midnight in the city centre. The names of those arrested are Ibrahim Nela, sergeant at the Lipjan Police Station, Liridon Candman, Artion Kondzhel and Albian Raktceri, station police officials in Lipjan, [...]
The names of those arrested are Ibrahim Nela, sergeant at the Lipjan Police Station, Liridon Bemerman, Artion Kondzhel and Albian Raktceri, police officials at the Lipjan station, as well as Andrew Beqiri, official at the Ferizaj police station.
The preliminary procedure judge is expected to decide on the State Prosecutor's request whether to bring police officials into custody, or to appoint an alternative measure.
At the hearing, neither the family attorney nor the media were allowed to attend.
