According to the official announcement, following the overtime involvement of the service in a physical conflict, in the environments of a local subx0> Independence 2”, Vlora, Grand Police Director, Ilir Proda, has ordered immediate suspension from office, until the full clarification of circumstances, of State Police Officer Debar.
Meanwhile, the Directorate of Professional Standards in the State Police has launched against subcommunist Ardian Isufi, incumbent Police Officer at the Debar Border Police Commissioner, grave disciplinary procedure based on Law No. 82/2024 “For State Police”, which envisions measures for:
-cases of behavior that discredit the image and undermine public confidence in the State Police, committed outside the exercise of duty;
-The conduct of actions that severely affect the figure of police employees, institution or police service as a whole.
The first investigative actions have resulted in subcommittsar Isufi, out of service, and in the society of citizens Laert Bimo 57, residents in the neighbourhood “Independence”, Vlora, at first physically conflicted with citizen A. B., 18. After the escalation of the conflict, citizens V are also involved. B., 53, owner of a hotel in the quarter “Independence 2”, and E. M.
