For this seemingly documented action, police show they have taken necessary measures by identifying the driver who has been fined them.

Police announcement:
By 24.07.2025, Swiss license driver Audi S6, (TG), contrary to the Law on Road Traffic Rules No. 08/L-166, has carried out an irregular crossing across the sidewalk to the right, risking the safety of other participants in traffic, especially in the crossroads area.
The action is also documented through images published by citizens and media on social networks, which have shot the moment of exceeded.
The regional road communication unit in Gjilan has immediately taken the necessary measures, identifying the driver to whom it has fined, under legislation in effect.
Based on the agreement between the State of Kosovo and the Swiss State, regarding co-operation in dealing with the perpetrators committed by citizens of each state on each other's territory, the fine pronounced will be forwarded to the relevant Swiss authorities for further treatment under the agreement.
