Police action against lucky games in Pristina

The Pristina Police Regional Directorate has announced that it has successfully carried out a wide police operation in the function of combating illegal activities that are related to organising pyramid schemes and fortune games, illegal gambling. The operation has been ongoing since 25,04,2025, with which 91 different locals have been monitored and verified, with detailed checks undertaken in 60 of them.
15 locals have been closed by inspectors from the Ministry of Industry, Undertaking and Trade for lack of relevant documentation or licenses.
Twenty-five criminal cases have been initiated, official notes and operational reports related to various criminal acts, such as lucky games, unauthorized possession of narcotics, illegal weapons, cultivation, processing and selling narcotics substances.
34 people have been arrested, suspected of direct involvement in these illegal activities.
Of them, 8 have been banned by 48 hours of moderate maintenance, while 26 have been released in regular procedure.
During the operation, they have been seized in quality of important evidence:
18 tools for lucky games; 1 AK-47 automatic weapons, 1 short weapons, planting lab equipment, narcotics processing, 5544.40 euros, 3 Laptop, 2 ticket printing printers, 3 ticket scans, 16 mobile phones suspected of being used for online payments on sports bookies. ” has notified police. /Periscope/
