Petkoviq had Propagand that some Serb families are being expelled from their apartments. Which is denied by AKKVP.
Meanwhile, Petkov had written in “on WednesdayX coordinate“, that Kosovo is driving a Serb family out of the apartment.
In an AKKVP communiqué, the property of the Ferki Shipoli family has been treated since 2005, where the side has proved to be legal possessing property. AKKVP implements final decisions by legal institutions in line with the mandate and legal framework in force.
For this restitution of property, AKKVP says it is done through regular legal procedures.
Kosovo's “Agency for Comparison and Verification of Property (AKKVP) sharply rejects Mr. Petar Petkovic regarding a property case in northern Kosovo, considering them dangerous attempts at politicisation and dezinformation. The case in question, including the property of the Ferki Shipoli family, has been addressed since 2005, where the side has proved to be legal possession of property. AKKVP implements final decisions by legal institutions in line with the mandate and legal framework in force”.
“Returning property is done through regular legal procedures and applies to any illegal usurpation, regardless of ethnic affiliation or side status. Statements such as Petar Petkov's are unacceptable because they promote tensions and undermine rule of law and co-existence. AKKVP remains committed to the fair, equal and legal implementation of its” mandate, the report said. /Gazza Express
