In an AKKVP communiqué, the property of the Ferki Shipoli family has been treated since 2005, where the side has proved to be legal possessing property. AKKVP implements final decisions by legal institutions in line with the mandate and legal framework in force.
For this restitution of property, AKKVP says it is done through regular legal procedures.

Statements such as Petar Petkov's are unacceptable because they promote tensions and undermine rule of law and co-existence.
