Ilir Gashi, a member of the CEC from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, has demanded that the budget division for elections be made urgently.
He has said there are almost four weeks that there is no budget reserved for the implementation of operations in the elections.
You've been applying for institutions for an additional budget to divide... I think you'd have to come to the next meeting with an additional report because this budget does not have to be shared by this operation. We need to get a report on what's going to happen with this operation. We need to market if we can pull the ballot. There are 3-4 issues that are of particular importance that give credibility and integrity to the electoral process”, Gashi has said.
Faithful Buzhala by the CEC Secretariat has responded that at the next meeting, it will provide answers to the budget requirement.
The Central Election Commission has made decision to unregister the Movement for the Union party. /Periscope/
