“Allowed as an opportunity but should after the session's decision, ask MPs”, Osmani has indicated in a media statement following the ceremony of the 18 new Kosovo Security Force 120x2 cases, she said.
She has said that if Kosovo's Assembly is not constitutionalised within the deadline set by the Constitutional Court, there will be consequences, Koha.net reports, broadcasts Periscope.
Osmani on Wednesday and Thursday has held consultations with political parties for the blockade in the Assembly.
Osmani has urged political party leaders to find solutions for the blockade with the new legislature's constitutionalisation by the end of July.
This Osmani has said after separate meetings he held Wednesday with Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti, Democratic Party (PDK) Memli Krasniqi, the Democratic League (LDK), Lumir Abdixhiku and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), in an effort to help find a solution to the fallout from the institutional crisis following the conviction issued last week by the Constitutional Court.
In this act, the Constitution has ruled that the Assembly be constitutionalised within 30 days. Since such a deadline has not been set earlier, according to the court's decision, constitutionalisation in the current situation should take place by 26 July.
