The president is said to have addressed the Constitution following its continued efforts to facilitate the process of a political agreement that would result in the constitutionalisation of the Assembly.

So the President asked the Court to:

I announce acceptable request;

Adopting demand for temporary measure;

Make the preventive assessment of the conflict of competencies between constitutional institutions in the event of the Parliament's institution after the constitutional deadline;

To resolve the constitutional conflict of competencies, including in terms of the legal consequences of the lack of agreement within the set deadline at Article 66 (1) of the Constitution and Act on KO 124/25;

To resolve the constitutional conflict of competencies, including in terms of the legal consequences of the constitution's dedication following the deadline set at Article 66 (1) of the Constitution and Act on KO 124/25;

To resolve the conflict of competencies, including in terms of consequences in exercising the competencies of the President of the Republic in relation to a constitution that can be dedicated after the set term at Article 66 (1) of the Constitution and Act on KO 124/25;
