“This is a request presented after an unprecedented situation in the institutional life of our country”, Osmani said, reports Periscopi.
The first of the state has shown that there is no consensus or compromise for the constitution.
Where in spite of the Constitutional Court's judgments, which has submitted the mandatory constitutional deadline, only a few days have remained. However, neither consensus nor compromise of the constitution's constitution within this constitutional deadline is seen on the horizon, Osmani has said. /Periscopi
