The one in Riga has visited the NATO Strategic Communication Centre (STRATCOM) a key institution in the fight against hybrid threats and in defence of the integrity of information.
“We discussed deepening co-operation in building capacity in cyber security and strategic communication as part of Kosovo's NATO membership efforts”, Osmani said.
Osmani stressed that there has also been a discussion at the European House, along with women leaders and activists in Latvia, to share with them the journey of Kosovo as a country that has experienced the war, but that today advances ahead with women at the centre of every democratic and security process.
The “Visita closed in the Latvia Occupy Museum as a moment of deep reflection on the shared history of resistance to occupation and injustice. Both Kosovo and Latvia survived through national resistance and pride. The collective memory is our strength to remember the glorious past and to build a fair and secure future”, Osmani wrote. /Periscope/
