At a press conference Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has confirmed before the media that she submitted to the tribunal an official provisional request, aimed at suspending the 30-day deadline in a case that, according to her, is of particular importance to the functioning of state institutions, Periscopi writes.
Osmani said this requirement has been undertaken to protect public interest and prevent a possible institutional blockade situation.
“ ...we have also submitted the request for provisional measures for suspension of the 30-day deadline. The demand for mass is the possibility to avoid introducing institutions into endless blockades...” She told reporters.
