At this crucial moment for the democracy and stability of our Republic, I again appeal to all political subjects to give citizens what belongs to the Constitution: a functioning nation and institutions working in their interest.

This request before the Court is not a political choice, but a constitutional and moral obligation to the people of the Republic of Kosovo, which has voted to have functional institutions.

The country's interest and the Constitution must stand above any political account.
