The 55th session was called for 10: 00 p.m., as at the 54th, held at 2: 00 p.m., MPs failed to elect Albulen Haxhiu as speaker of the assembly.
At midnight, the term given by the Constitutional Court expires in its act of judgment, where MPs have said they should make the assembly constitutional by 26 July.
Days ago, the Constitution emerged with a temporary measure, where MPs dared to take any action for the constitutionalisation of the Parliament.
