In a public reaction, G ERMIN has named this a reference as the unfair, baseless and harmful”, stressing that the organisation has not and has no contractual or financial relationship with the Ministry of Regional Development (MZHR).
“Procurory, by or without purpose, has hinted that if G ERMIN has benefited financial means contrary to legal procedures for funding NGOs. This is completely false and contrary to applicable legislation in Kosovo”, the organisation's statement said.
GERMIN stresses that her reputation has been built with integrity over the years and that unjust involvement in an act seriously damages her image and work.
The organisation requires media to be based on official statements and institutions to be cautious in mentioning civil society organisations in sensitive judicial processes.
Finally, G ERMIN reiterates its independent and transparent commitment to empowering ties with the diaspora and positive representation of Kosovo in the international arena.
